Perhaps its elegantly simply. Or simply elegant. You be the judge when I launch the logo late this week.
I have created a refreshingly simple logo to identify brandonINK, my new small-scale public relations company. My target market includes students, small businesses, time-starved entrepreneurs, and overtaxed companies that need freelance creative services.
As a student of iconography and lover of brands and identities, I really enjoyed using nothing more than typefaces to create the visual icon for my new company, brandonINK.
Much like the proud parent of a newborn child, I am likely to think more of my new creation than will the rest of the world.
I have designed it to be simple, requiring little interpretation to understand the primary medium brandonINK will use to serve clients. I designed it to be easily identifiable, hoping that in time the combination of typefaces alone will serve to represent my brand. And finally, I think its about as sweet-looking as a Ferrari: clean but powerful, signifying substance without being gaudy; and a visual representation of my creative spirit.
